1290 Avenue of the Americas
As part of a major capital improvement seeking to re-establish the building’s prominence on Avenue of the Americas, MdeAS transformed this 1960’s building into one fit for the twenty-first century through renovations to the storefront, lobby, and surrounding exteriors.
The new design introduced luxurious marble paired with a bright material palette and contemporary light fixtures, making for a refined and welcoming aesthetic. After the multi-million dollar renovation helped to introduce a sophisticated identity for the space, the building went on to appeal to new tenants and fill large vacancies.
