Paola Martinez
Associate
Paola has grown within MdeAS to become an Associate and instrumental team member. Her career at the firm is cemented in her work on projects such as 645 Madison Avenue, 757 Third Avenue, and 685 Third Avenue. Paola’s dedication to mentorship, education, and quality design has established her role as a leader in the firm.
Born in Chile, Paola relocated to New York as a child where she has remained since. She works closely with clients in NYC, Buenos Aires, and São Paulo to deliver upon their unique vision. She is known for drawing inspiration from the natural environment and creating dynamic spaces that foster communal interaction.
As the head of office memberships, Paola elevates MdeAS’ community involvement and cultivates relationships with industry organizations such as the American Institute of Architects, Skyscraper Museum, and Open House New York.
