MdeAS & RXR Celebrate Topping Out Ceremony at AVE Hamilton Green

MdeAS, RXR, The Cappelli Organization, Korman Communities, and LRC Construction celebrated the topping out of AVE Hamilton Green on August 26, 2024.

The two-building residential development consists of a 12-story, 170-unit building at 25 Cottage Rd. and a 26-story, 307-unit tower at 5 Cottage Rd. MdeAS is the project’s design architect, responsible for master planning, exterior design, programming, and interior design of common spaces and apartments in partnership with Vida Design. The development will also provide 55,000 square feet of open public space and 39,000 square feet of commercial space. On the site of what was once the White Plains Mall and two blocks from the Metro-North train station, this ambitious new development will bring much needed housing, entertainment retail, and outdoor space to White Plains, NY.
