Kate Perez is a dynamic and thoughtful leader serving as the Director of Strategy and Marketing & Communications at MdeAS. With a career spanning over a decade at the firm, Kate has been instrumental in shaping the MdeAS brand and driving its success. With expertise in strategy and marketing, she has spearheaded numerous campaigns, led the transition of business development into the digital realm, and redefined the future of the firm.

With a degree in Anthropology, Kate brings a unique perspective on the principles of architecture and deepens her understanding of how one responds to design. Through her skillful articulation and reinforcement of the MdeAS brand, she forges new horizons through powerful storytelling, acquiring new clients and projects. Kate works closely with project managers to assess new opportunities, fostering a dynamic business model that propels the firm’s success.

Inspired by the relationship between story and design, Kate cultivates strategy, identity, and visual language to communicate MdeAS’ vision.
