On November 19, 2024, Tricia Ebner, Director, and Stephanie Cuevas Baez, Senior Designer, led a tour of 51W52 in partnership with AIANY Interiors.

MdeAS was joined by design partners Vocon and building owner Harbor Group International. The tour began with a short presentation in the newly designed forum space before covering the lobby, amenity suite, marketing floor, and typical office floor.
